- Effective minutes writing and key factors in minutes writing
- Templates and format for postgraduate proposal and theses defense minutes
- Effective communication with students, faculty, Board of examiners, and other stakeholders
- Soft skills - Communication skills
- Ethical considerations (Ethics and Integrity)
- Planning and handling of postgraduate proposal and theses defenses, including physical, virtual, and blended defenses

- Importance of customer communication for institutional image
- Active listening and empathy in dealing with students
- Encouraging dialogue and timely feedback
